We’re delighted to be able to offer ultra sonic cleaning in-house at Development Engineering Services. This cleaning process is designed for quick and complete removal of fingerprint marks, oil, grease, dust and dirt and more to give a pristine finish to the end product.

Ultrasonic cleaners are suitable for cleaning a wide variety of materials, including metals, glass, rubber, ceramics and some hard plastics. Our engineers immerse the manufactured parts into a tank of liquid and the high frequency sound waves transmit through the liquid to clean the immersed parts. The high-frequency sound waves, typically 40 kHz, agitate the liquid solution of water or solvent and the bubbles that are formed work to clean the product.
