In simple terms, CNC or Computer Numerical Control uses computer-controlled CNC machines to remove material from a block of metal and shape it into a finished part.

At Development Engineering Services we use CNC Milling to produce complex machined parts for our customers. You can view our CNC machines on the plant list.

We can work in consultation with customers at the design stage to advise on the most efficient way of manufacturing their required parts. We utilise our CAD design systems to produce the 3D model and once approved we will then convert into a CNC program and transfer this to the CNC machine for production.
